Shipping Policy
- Orders process within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. [USPS and UPS
Ground]
- Free shipping on orders over $200.
- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
- Contact admin@coveandzen.com if your package hasn't arrived within 10
days.

Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Cove and Zen. We want you to love your
sanctuary pieces.
Eligible Returns
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within
[15] days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

Opened or Used Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product
that has been opened and used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items bought from Coveandzen.com
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, email us at
admin@coveandzen.com within [5] days of delivery with your order number
and photos. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return:
1. Email admin@coveandzen.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived
damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are
non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds
go to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Unfortunately we can’t provide refunds for purchases on gift cards.
